UTCB International Staff Training Week 2025 – Official Call for Registration

Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest (UTCB) is pleased to announce the organization of the UTCB International Staff Training Week 2025, a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) for staff, dedicated to strengthening international mobility and cooperation within European alliances. This initiative aims to provide an interactive platform for knowledge exchange, professional development, and the enhancement of Erasmus+ mobility strategies.
- Venue: Bucharest, Romania
- Event Dates: 2nd – 6th June 2025 (Online preparatory sessions: 26th – 30th May 2025)
- Eligible Participants: Staff members from International Relations Offices or International Projects Departments
- Capacity: 15 participants.
Application Deadline: 31st March 2025
This training programme is designed to:
- Provide insights into Erasmus+ mobility opportunities and partnerships, emphasizing innovative approaches within European alliances.
- Encourage networking and institutional collaboration, supporting the development of mobility initiatives.
- Offer practical training sessions and workshops aimed at improving strategies for international staff/students exchange.
- Incorporate cultural and professional experiences, including guided visits and networking events to foster engagement among participants.

- Online preparatory sessions (26th – 30th May 2025) to introduce key topics and align expectations.
- On-site sessions in Bucharest (2nd – 6th June 2025), featuring interactive presentations, roundtable discussions, and best-practice exchanges.
